Our In-Home Servicing Program is available to anyone who has hearing aids and is unable to access one of our offices due to restricted mobility or access to transport. This service is also extended to clients who have purchased hearing aids from other clinics.*
The Home Servicing Program includes:
- Monthly servicing and clean visit
- Discounted purchasing of supplies and accessories
- Access to home visits from our specialists (our clients only)
- Full access to manufacturer servicing
- Mailing service for supplies
The program is available at a cost of $250 per annum to clients who have purchased from our standard range and below, and other clinic clients. A visit from our specialist is at a minimal cost of $55.00 per visit. The service and specialist visits are free to those who purchased from our Ultimate and Premium packages.
